	Welcome to the inaugural opening of this website for all Chaplains and those who assist Chaplains to the incarcerated. I am Deacon Patrick Maher TO Carm. and we are here in Marytown Prison Ministry, providing to inmates, Catholic material to strengthen their belief and relationship with God. We follow the spirituality of St. Maximilian Kolbe OFM Conv. and offer his guidance on consecrating oneself to Our Blessed Mother Mary Immaculate. It is through the Militia of the Immaculata movement which St. Maximilian founded, that he spread fervent devotion to Our Lady throughout the world. Fr. Kolbe gave up his life for a total stranger in Auschwitz Prison Camp during World War II, suffering starvation without food and water, and was injected with carbolic acid at the end of 10 days thus ending his life. “No one has greater love than this, to lay down one's life for one's friends.” [John 15:13] Our purpose is to provide you with the means to help those inmates who are requesting Catholic Bibles (English, Spanish) Large print Bibles (English), rosaries (plastic breakaway), pamphlets, articles and holy cards. We have provided you with a FREE STUFF page for your requests and mailing information so that we can send you what we have. We can best meet the needs of your inmates by providing you with what they need. What we have to send you comes from generous benefactors who supply us with money and materials.
